Our Last Snapshot Connecticut was Tuesday, April 16, 2013. We are not coordinating combined Snapshot Days in the near future as many CT libraries have gone on to offer their own special days. We encourage libraries to continue this special day within their own individual libraries. Feel free to use any of the resources on this site!

The Last Snapshot Day was Tuesday, April 16, 2013.

Snapshot: One day in the life of Connecticut libraries was a project of the Connecticut Library Association, the Connecticut State Library and the Connecticut Library Consortium.

Its purpose was to capture the impact that Connecticut libraries have on their communities on a typical day.

See  “About” and “Toolkit for Libraries” to learn how to provide a Snapshot Day in your own library.

Special thanks to New Jersey Libraries who started this valuable and worthwhile initiative and allowed us to borrow many of their ideas.
